What we collect

What we do with it

This data will be stored in our database and in our hard copy files.  All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or in our offices which are either attended or locked.

How long we keep it

We will only retain your data for the purposes mentioned herein.

Opt-out

At any point you may ask us to stop keeping your data and we will delete it from our database and destroy our file on you.

Access

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. You can do this by requesting your right of access in writing (by post or email to info@opusartz.com)

We may charge you a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with the information we hold about you.

Sharing

We will not share your personal information with third parties–except:

• If we sell our business or its assets, in which case personal data held by us will be one of the transferred assets.
• If we are placed under a duty by a court order or arbitral order or by regulatory or professional requirements to professional bodies, authorized by statute to demand them or otherwise if we are required by law.

Protections

• Our UK clients are also bound by the Act.
• The data we collect from you may be transferred to clients outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) however we will tell you so in advance and will also require them to treat such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
